The ingredients in Dimann PEA are:

• Palmitoylethanolamide (PEA), 200 mg per tablet;
• pure D-Mannose, extracted from birch (the highest-quality source), 500 mg per tablet.

1. Bulking agents: microcrystalline cellulose, cross-linked sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, tribasic calcium phosphate, hydroxypropyl cellulose;

How to take Dimann PEA

During an acute cystitis episode, take 3 Dimann PEA tablets (preferably with food): one in the morning, one around midday and the final one before going to bed. Use the same dosage for 6 consecutive weeks if treatment for chronic bacterial cystitis is required.

For the acute phase, follow this dosage for one full week. Then move on to the maintenance phase.

DIMANN PEA DOSAGE FOR BACTERIAL CYSTITIS DURING THE MAINTENANCE PHASE

During the maintenance phase, which follows treatment of the acute phase of bacterial cystitis, we recommend continuing to take Dimann PEA.

Use Dimann PEA during the 7-week maintenance phase together with Dimann Daily and Dimann Flor.
Take 3 Dimann PEA tablets every day (preferably with food): one in the morning, one around midday and the final one before going to bed.

DIMANN PEA DOSAGE TO HELP PREVENT THE RECURRENCE OF BACTERIAL CYSTITIS (PREVENTION PHASE)

Use Dimann PEA together with Dimann Flor to help prevent new episodes of bacterial cystitis.

Take 3 Dimann PEA tablets (preferably with food): one in the morning, one around midday and the final one before going to bed. Follow this dosage for a minimum of 8 weeks. If residual symptoms are still present at the end of the 8 weeks, continue until they have completely disappeared.

How to optimise the effects of the D-Mannose contained in Dimann PEA

Preferably take the product with food and follow these instructions:

1. Empty your bladder before each dose if you feel the urge to urinate;
2. If you are unable to swallow the Dimann PEA tablet, you can break it into smaller pieces;
3. 1 hour after taking it, drink plenty of water to allow the D-Mannose and the bacteria attached to it to be flushed out.

Please note: The last dose of the day should be taken with a small amount of liquid.

Contraindications

Dimann PEA has no particular contraindications.
