Contains no parabens, allergens or silicones.

Suitable for

Everyone. The absence of particular contraindications means that Dimann Comfort Cream can also be used by children and during pregnancy.

Contains

• Apolactoferrin. Helps the immune system respond more effectively to microbial attacks. Has broad-spectrum antibacterial, antiviral and antifungal activity.
• D-Mannose. Attracts bacteria and toxins present on the vulvar and vaginal mucosa and allows them to be eliminated. Prevents the formation of the biofilm produced by bacteria to protect themselves.
• Calendula. Has anti-inflammatory, antifungal and antibacterial properties.
• Coconut oil. Counteracts and reduces the inflammatory process. Its effectiveness is comparable to that of commonly used synthetic antifungals in cases of candidiasis. It also inhibits the production of bacterial biofilms.
• Lapacho. Purifies and detoxifies the mucous membranes. Counteracts the tendency to develop local allergies and intolerances. At nerve level, it reduces neuropathic pain.
• Acetylcysteine. Breaks down the protective bacterial biofilm, making bacteria weaker and more susceptible to our immune defences. Has antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and immune-stimulating properties.

How to use

Apply a thin layer of Dimann Comfort Cream to the area (skin or mucosa) affected by symptoms or over the entire vulvar area.

Preferably apply before going to bed, to prevent the cream from being absorbed by underwear.

Apply every day for daily protection or, in the case of inflammatory conditions, until the symptoms have resolved and/or the local swab test is negative.

Warnings

Dimann Comfort Cream is formulated for application to the skin and mucous membranes. DO NOT SWALLOW. Avoid contact with the eyes; in case of contact, rinse thoroughly with water. Dimann Comfort Cream is contraindicated in cases of known hypersensitivity to any of its components or excipients. In case of irritation, discontinue use and try again after a few days using a small amount of product. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Dimann Comfort Cream contains no artificial flavourings; its distinctive natural odour disappears after a few minutes.
