You can view your points balance in your personal area by logging in or by clicking the gift icon at the bottom right.
Points earned from purchases made before July 8, 2025 were converted into discount vouchers and sent by email (try searching for “Loyalty voucher”).
Your current balance only shows points earned after July 8, 2025.
When you redeem points, they are converted into a discount code that you must apply manually at checkout.
If you’ve redeemed points but haven’t used them yet, you’ll find the code higher up on this page.
