Bring a friend to NaturaDiretta

How it works

Invite a friend to NaturaDiretta: you’ll both receive a €30 voucher to use on an order of at least €49.

Follow the steps below 👇

For the person inviting

  1. Log in to your NaturaDiretta account.
  2. Copy your referral link (you’ll find it under “Invite a Friend”).
  3. Share the link with friends who have never purchased or created an account on our website.
  4. Once your friend makes their first purchase (minimum €49) and the order passes our anti-abuse checks, you’ll receive a €30 discount (on a minimum spend of €49) to be used within 30 days.

For the invited friend

  1. Click the referral link: NaturaDiretta’s website will open with a welcome pop-up.
  2. Click “Sign up now” on the pop-up and create your account (this step is necessary to correctly track the invitation).

⚠️ Important: after creating your account, you’ll land on your personal area. Please browse at least one more page (e.g. “Home” or “Rewards”). If you close your profile page immediately, the system won’t track you as “invited,” and you won’t receive your discount.
  3. Place your first order of at least €49 within 30 days: your €30 discount will be available by clicking “View rewards” in your personal area.

⚠️ Important

  • The invited person must be new to NaturaDiretta, meaning:
    - they haven’t made a purchase yet;
    - they haven’t created an account on NaturaDiretta.
  • They must create an account via the pop-up that appears when clicking the referral link. Without account creation and proper registration, the system cannot assign the voucher.
  • After registering, the invited person must click on at least one additional page (e.g. homepage) before closing the session. Otherwise, the system won’t recognize the referral as complete and cannot assign the voucher.
  • If the invited friend’s order is refunded (fully or partially), the inviter’s reward may be automatically revoked.
  • If the invitation violates the anti-abuse rules (designed to prevent fraud or misuse), the system may detect an anomaly and automatically decide not to issue the voucher.
