How to use
It is recommended to take XLS Pro 7 for 3 times a day two capsules at a time, immediately after the main meals, breakfast, lunch and dinner, with plenty of water.

Warnings
- Recommended use only for adults over 18 years of age. Adolescents between the ages of 12 and 18 years may use the product under the supervision of trained medical personnel.

- For a beneficial effect of fiber on the gastrointestinal tract, drinking at least 2 liters of water daily is recommended. Mild constipation may occur if fluid intake is limited.

- Do not take XL-S MEDICAL Pro 7:
- during pregnancy or lactation;
- if your BMI (body mass index) is below 18.5;
- within 2 hours of taking fat-soluble medications (e.g., the contraceptive pill);
- if you have an allergy to any of the ingredients on the list.

- XL-S MEDICAL Pro 7 contains traces of oxalic acid, found in many other green vegetables. If you have kidney disease or kidney stones, avoid regular use of the product.

- Please consult your health care provider before taking XL-S MEDICAL Pro 7:
- in case of a pre-existing medical condition;
- in case of diabetes;
- in case of deficiency of fat soluble vitamins (A, D, E & K);
- in case of cholesterol-lowering treatment.
