No more emails with scattered discount codes — with the new system, you decide when and how to spend your points! 🪙

Here’s how to track and redeem your points:

1. Open the Rewards window

Click the gift box icon at the bottom right of the website.

2. Log in

If you already have an account, click “Log in” and follow the steps above. Otherwise, click “Sign up now” to create a new account.

3. Click on “View rewards”

4. Go to “How to use your points”

5. Select “Loyalty reward”

6. Redeem your reward

As before, you earn 1 point worth €0.025 for every euro spent (you get €1 cashback for every 40 points).
Use the plus (+) and minus (–) buttons to choose how many of your points to redeem.
Then simply click “Redeem” — and you're done!
Once redeemed, the discount will be automatically applied to your cart.

Frequently Asked Questions

Where can I find my points?

You can view your points balance by logging in or by clicking the gift box icon at the bottom right of the page.

I’ve made a lot of purchases, but I see very few points in my balance. Why?

Points for purchases made before July 8, 2025, were converted into discount vouchers and sent to you via email (try searching for “Loyalty Voucher” in your inbox).

In your NaturaDiretta points balance, you will only see the points earned from purchases made after July 8, 2025.

I redeemed a reward but don’t see the discount code applied to the cart. Why?

There might be a synchronization issue. Click the gift box icon at the bottom right, then click “View your rewards”.

There you’ll find all the discount codes you’ve redeemed. You can copy the code manually or by clicking the icon with the two squares, then paste it into the appropriate field at checkout.

How do I convert my points into a discount?

When do my points expire?

Points and discount codes redeemed through the NaturaDiretta loyalty program do not have an expiration date.

How do I earn points?

You earn 1 point for every €1 spent. New ways to earn points are coming soon — stay tuned!
